Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. If your order has been placed within the last 48 hours and you would like to cancel, please contact email@example.com. Please note that if the payment processor does not refund the transaction fee (such as PayPal or others) your refund amount will be less that amount. If it has been past 48 hours, we cannot cancel or refund the order. After the cancellation period has past we allocate all funds in order to purchase more stock and conduct daily operations.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date for cash refund directly to your payment method of your original purchase.
The returned product must be in unused condition, in it’s original packaging with the original invoice (if included). A 20%+ restocking fee will be charged on all cash value returns and refunds dependent upon our discretion. Returned orders which received free shipping will be deducted from the original order price.
The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs before a repair or replacement has been completed. All defective items are inspected by our technicians. If the item is not defective the return shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
If an item has been returned that has been damaged or not in original condition. A refund will not be eligible and shipping costs to get the item back to you will be charged before your items are sent back.
Orders that are refused or undelivered as addressed will be charged for any re-shipping your order.

On Sale, Clearance, Consignment, Battery Packs, Electronic Products & Consumable items are not eligible for returns.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the items to us. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75 USD, you should consider an insured and trackable shipping option. We are not liable or accept responsibility for any lost packages which do not arrive at our shop.
Returns and Refunds can take up to 1-4 weeks but typically are resolved much sooner. Once we receive your items, we will notify you if your request has been approved or denied.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will then be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Pre-orders purchases are not eligible for a refund or a return. A pre-order can be refunded for store credit only before the product has shipped. There are no exceptions to this rule.
All fraudulent chargebacks are investigated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Product Listings are updated as often as we can for the every item. Products are improved and upgraded quite frequently and photos may slightly vary. If the item is no longer available under our discretion we will offer a similar or upgraded product.
