Yes! The kits are designed to be extremely easy to assemble. All of the tools are included, and the instructions are very thorough. Many customers tell us how fun (and educational) it was to build, along with how easy the process was!

More than likely, yes! Our international shipments are processed with DHL and typically take 3-6 days to arrive! We also offer different charger plug options depending on your needs.

The shipping speed depends on the product. If there is a listed time under the Availability section of the product, that is generally how long until the product ships. If a product is listed as in stock (shows qty of the stock) it will take 2-5 business days for the order to ship. After that, the shipping speed will be available to select at checkout. Express and economy options are available. Any item marked as Pre Order will be shipped after the product (and all other items in the order) are in stock

In short, Yes! All of our kits are designed to work seamlessly  together so assembly is easy. When we sell kits without certain parts, customers were upset when their own parts weren't 100% compatible with the kit. While the kits are modular, not every skate part works with them. There are four different accelerationking and bra modes built into the remote. These speed modes both limit your top speed and torque. Levels are: Low, Medium, High, and Pro! 

Yes! All kits come with a 90 day warranty that covers manufacturer errors. We will provide free replacement parts during this time period, and after the 90 days are up we can provide replacement parts at cost if anything does go wrong.

Our drivetrain, along with most electric drivetrains, is designed to be highly efficient and requires very little maintenance. Belts rarely break unless a rock/debris gets between the pulley and belt. However, it's always better to be safe than sorry! Packing an extra belt on your ride along with you rskatetool is an easy way to ensure you're never stranded. (Most customers go 1-2 years before changing the belts.)
